According to her, for the previous year in Italy had committed 35% of Russians deals on buying property abroad, and the proportion of requests in the second half of 2010 amounted to 42%. "However, about 25-30% of all requests come from the region of Calabria, and the remaining 10% - for the rest of Italy," - added Zavalishina. According to her, the second largest number of real estate purchases by Russians abroad in 2010, Bulgaria occupied - 15%, while back in 2008 and 2009, Bulgaria was the first place - 60% and 32% of transactions, respectively. On the third highest number of transactions were the United States, in particular - New York (12%). "Interest in real estate in New York due to the fact that such a reduction value of the property was not in the region over the past 10 years" - indicates the general director of "Miel DPM". Next on the list of countries of interest to the Russians are the Czech Republic - 9%, Spain - 8%, Germany - 7% of total transactions. The combined share of real estate transactions in Western Europe by the end of 2010 was 64%. In this case, said Zavalishina in 2010 and changed the purchase of real estate by Russians abroad.
